Model Aqua Village in Tripura
Since commencement of the implementation of the revised perspective pal n( 2004-2005) and upto 2007-2008 there are 26 model aquaculture villages developed in the state through massive demonstration / training reclamation of water bodies etc. Out of 26 model aquaculture villages, so far, 10 numbers are in ADC area (tribal Villages).
During 2007 to 2008, 8 (Eight) Model Aquaculture villages have been developed as indicated below: –
